Is my order refundable? No, once your order is placed, it is non-refundable.
Are there guaranteed shipping times? No, we cannot guarantee shipping times, as stock availability is constantly changing, and some items are more readily available than others. We also do not have control over shipping carriers’ delivery times.
What is the lead time for the samples once I order? This will differ depending on what you're ordering and available stock. No timelines can be guaranteed. For example, blanks will ship faster as we make them constantly in LA.
Why is shipping charged at a flat fee? One-off orders often end up being a lot more work than a mass production order (there’s a lot going on behind the scenes)! We also often gather your samples from multiple locations and ship them straight to you, meaning you may receive more than one package from a single order! Other things to consider in the cost of shipping is the weight of your samples, fast shipping times, small quantities, and the sheer fact we are willing to send you samples without a production commitment (This can be so rare in this industry)!
How is my order packaged? We do our best to send as many samples at once to reduce waste and shipping, but we also want to make sure to get your samples to you as fast as we can to try them out! What that means is you may receive multiple shipments as some items are more readily available than others.
How much are the costs associated with mass production? Please refer to your Business Development team member for more information.
Can I get my logo or artwork on the sample? No, we are able to add your artwork or logo onto your sample until after you place a PO for production.
What are the minimums per style? Please refer to your Business Development team member for more information on minimums.
Do I get to keep the samples? Yes, all samples you order are yours to keep!
